Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Simply Chicken marks the fourth Signature Collection food offering open at The Garden. Over the last few months, restaurateur Drew Nieporent opened Daily Burger, chef Andrew Carmellini opened Sausage Boss, and Jeremy Marshall's West Village restaurant Aquagrill opened Lobster Shrimp Roll.
Over the course of the Transformation -- the remainder of this season, as well as after the next two summer shutdowns -- the Signature Collection concessions will be opening at more locations throughout the arena.
