The new city views at Farley's and Bar Madison, at the west and east sides of the Madison Concourse have opened up space for fans to congregate.  And the west and east sides of the 8th floor concourse are a preview of what's to come with next year's new Garden Concousre, offering fans unobstructed views of the arena bowl.
