Hill Country, an outpost of the critically acclaimed barbecue spot just a few blocks from Madison Square Garden, is serving barbecue brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, along with pies from its Hill Country Chicken restaurant. 

Carnegie Deli, a New York City staple celebrating its 75th year open, is serving "stacked high" corned beef, pastrami and turkey sandwiches on rye, along with some classic deli sides.
